Event Volunteer

The organizations we work with hold fundraising events to support their causes. Successful events are crucial in raising awareness of an organization’s mission and provide much of the necessary funding to support the critical work they do. As an Event Volunteer you can donate your time performing a variety of functions such as greeting guests, making deliveries, taking registrations, table decorating, and many other activities that support the success of an event.

Typically, these roles require reading relevant communications from the Event Manager and attending at least one pre-event call or meeting to better understand the expectations. You will then perform some pre-event, event day and/or post event duties, depending on the event role you select. The roles will be defined by each event manager.

The Process:

1. Fill out the Sign Up form below.

2. Watch for email notifications of upcoming events throughout the year.

3. Select which event(s) you want to participate in.

4. Choose from the multiple volunteer positions available within that event.
